Building horse stalls is not a one size fits all project. This is why we manufacture a wide range of horse stalls to fit your individual needs. For some situations, a solid stall wall or separation wall may be needed if your horses are not social and need to be kept away from each other. In other situations, a ventilated stall wall is needed if your horse barn is very hot and maximum air flow is preferred. We offer stall packages in kit form for the do it yourself person in black steel, galvanized steel and aluminum. For many people in hot or dry climates, the black steel stalls are an economical way to build your horse stalls. In humid areas, our galvanized and aluminum stall packages are a better solution as the galvanized coating prevents rust better than black steel. In salt air environments, we recommend aluminum stalls as the aluminum is not affected by rust or corrosion. For the horse owner that may need to expand their barn in the future and add stalls easily, we manufacture modular horse stall systems. Modular stalls are pre-built horse stall fronts, sides and back walls that can be assembled in a third of the time when compared to a support post type of stall or stall kit. These prefabricated stall walls can be set in place easily with no support posts and interlock together. Simply slide your lumber into the channels and your horse stalls are ready to use. This stall system makes adding foaling stalls very easy as the panels can be moved to different positions as your needs change. Our modular horse stall systems are available in painted steel and galvanized steel with your choices of solid stall walls or grilled walls for ventilation. Safety is a key factor in manufacturing quality horse stalls and we build our stall components to eliminate sharp edges which can cause harm to your horse.
